Industrial Electrician for Our Maintenance Department

We are looking for industrial electricians for our maintenance department and welcome candidates with various technical backgrounds. External and internal training will be provided to complement your background and skills for the position. The tasks include electrical installations, troubleshooting, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, motors, production equipment, and process control systems.

To clarify what we are looking for, we have divided the advertisement into two possible focuses. Regardless of the focus, you will work to ensure stable, safe, and efficient operations in our production at Fiskeby Board. The different focuses are as follows:

• Automation Technician

As an Automation Technician, you primarily work with automation and process control, but also have a foundation in industrial electricity. You will have your own responsibility regarding planning and organizing the assigned work, which requires you to be responsible. Daily contact is maintained and prioritization needs are made through supervisors. Shift work and on-call duty may occur in the position.

• Installation Electrician

The role of Installation Electrician suits you if you have knowledge of installations and want to work long-term in an industrial environment. The role includes renovations, improvement work, and technical upgrades, as well as support for our automation technicians. Shift work and on-call duty may occur in the position.

Our Expectations of You

• We are looking for someone who has completed their high school education as an electrician, automation technician, or has equivalent experience.
• You are service-oriented, organized, and meticulous.
• You have a strong safety mindset and always prioritize safety, both for yourself and your colleagues.
• You want to learn new things, have an easy time collaborating with others, and seek help when needed.
• You have good technical knowledge and the ability to perform maintenance activities safely and efficiently.
• It is a requirement that you have good verbal and written skills in Swedish as you will communicate with several functions within the company.
• Experience as an electrician, preferably in industry, is an advantage.
